Dominique Silva

Innovation Initiatives Leader

Dominique Silva is the Innovation Initiatives Leader for Trane Technologies, focusing on the Center for Healthy and Efficient Spaces (CHES) and enterprise-wide innovation crowdsourcing initiatives.

Working closely with the Enterprise Innovation Team and Strategic Business Units, Dominique’s goal is to position Trane Technologies as a sustainability thought leader and IEQ innovator in the HVAC/R space. Prior to this role, Dominique held several product management roles in the climate industry. In addition to sustainable product development, Dominique is passionate about impact story-telling and STEM education. She is currently on the Scientific Advisory Council for Project Scientist, a STEM camp for girls.

Dominique has a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon, as well as an MBA from the University of Manchester and Kelley School of Business. Born and raised in South Africa, she has since lived and worked in 5 countries and is now based in Brussels, Belgium.
