Head on New Projects and Development

My name is Andres Orea, 34-year-old, architect, and visionary from the state of Puebla, Mexico. Head on New Projects and Development for Titanium Office Solutions, a Mexican Based company focus on Corporate Building Construction and Management services.

As part of my personal university final project I successfully develop and implement a series of new concepts around that time family Construction business. Today our company is Integrated by 3 different branches: a) Construction b) Design & Interiors and c) Quality and Administrative Management. All of them following the initial and still up to date system developed 10 years ago.

Driven by the urge of a needed shift on the local Office Real Estate market, from day one I had been researching, building, and managing, all at the same time, looking for new ways to adapt to our constant changing environment. Kind of an abstract concept at the beginning, our custom-made office interiors, and integrated customer service, just to name a few, started to make that “shift” on the local scenario.
