Ana Camila Atkins

Senior Architect

Camila is a Senior Architect and interior designer with over 13 years of experience in the building industry. She is originally from El Salvador and immigrated to Oklahoma at age 15. She holds Bachelor’s of Architecture and Minors in Interior Design and Spanish from the University of Oklahoma where she previously founded a local AIAS Chapter of Freedom by Design to use the talents of architecture students to assist low income and marginalized populations through modest home design solutions. Camila’s focus has been sustainability, wellness, healthy materials, and universal design, and has served as certification manager for projects pursuing LEED, Passive House, and Phius+ certifications. Camila’s passion for sustainability, wellness, and continual learning has led her to become a WELL AP, LEED AP, Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC). She is currently preparing to become a Fitwel Ambassador.
