I graduated from the National Council For Hotel Management and Catering Technology, New Delhi, with a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology. I went on to pursue higher education at Delhi University, successfully obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in 2002. I then earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University. I am presently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the Singapore Institute of Management. Additionally, I have attended the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations course at the IATA Training & Development Institute (ITDI), completed IASSC Accredited SIX SIGMA Yellow Belt Training with e-Careers Limited and LUMA certification for workplace to apply human-centered design methods.
