Steven Zatta leads Cushman and Wakefield’s Total Workplace Research and Innovation Team and focuses on driving analytical, data-driven solutions to companies’ most pressing challenges and translating insights into transformational actions. He has extensive experience leading solution-oriented quantitative and qualitative research projects to enhance organizational strategic decision making, operational efficiency, and employee experience, engagement and wellbeing through workplace and real estate strategies.

Steven is a CoreNet Top Rated Faculty Member where he teaches Performance Management. Steven has 20 years of experience working with Corporate Real Estate leaders at the world’s best companies as a management consultant, trusted advisor, and product developer. Before joining C&W, Steven was the Program Manager of the CEB (now Gartner) Corporate Real Estate Leadership Council.
