Marco MENG

Head of Savills China PM & AM

Marco Meng joined Savills in 2005 and is currently acting as the Head of Savills China PM & AM. Marco leads all regions to establish a China-wide PM platform. He also assists the expansion of Savills Platinum Service, MDI, Green Building and other value-added services across the regional markets. Marco reports directly to the China Board members.

From 2012 to 2018, Marco Meng has been acting as the business development director and is responsible for pitching new projects, providing consultancy and full management services to developers and property management companies. Also he is responsible for the daily management of a dozen of major up market commercial and residential projects including Lippo Plaza, Bauhinia Square, Henderson Metropolitan, Lilacs International Plaza, Luxury 299,etc.

Marco Meng took the responsibility as the Head of Central China PM&AM in 2018.In his most recent role as head of the Central China PM & AM, he has led the team to win mandates for many landmark projects, including property management and sustainability consultancy services for Shanghai Mapletree Business City, Ningbo VivoCity, Lippo Plaza, The Springs, joint venture cooperation with Shanghai Xujiahui Centre Group, and 42 community facilities of WeWork in Eastern China.

Over the years, Marco has actively promoted the development of the Central China PM & AM business to expand revenue growth while supporting other regional teams with his business and client connections.
