Vivian Acquah

Workplace Wellness Advocate

Vivian Acquah gives inspirational talks and workshops to corporate clients who want to support their people to bring their A-game every day to work. She creatively shares practical information in an interactive style that encourages involvement.

Vivian is a driven woman who likes to talk about the holistic way of sustainable employability, called workplace wellness. For her, this is the way to work on solutions for employees.

It costs organisations like yours a lot of money, time and energy when you are facing absenteeism or burned-out employees. A sick employee costs € 200 to € 400 per day (in The Netherlands).

Vivian challenges her audience to make workplaces more sustainable so that employees can work on a positive bottom line with pleasure and in good health. She encourages her audience to deal with challenges such as “War for Talent”, absenteeism and employer branding differently.

I gained my interest in WELL when I was reading the book The Healthy Workplace Nudge by Rex Miller, whom I have interviewed recently for the podcast Go2Thrive. As a workplace wellness advocate, I see the WELL Building Standard as a trojan horse to build a healthier tomorrow for employees. And it is creating a way to make organizations more attractive to their current talents and new talents.
