Kristen Murphy

Senior Consultant Acoustics

Kristen is an acoustical consultant providing architectural acoustics, mechanical systems noise and vibration control, and environmental noise consulting. She has experience in educational, healthcare, performing arts, commercial, and residential projects. She is a member of the Acoustical Society of America (ASA), Institute of Noise Control Engineering (INCE), and is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C). Kristen has served on the ASA Women in Acoustics Committee, presented at ASA meetings, among other venues, and is the author of several papers for various publications. She has received a commendation for her work at the 2011 ASA student design competition. Kristen received a Master of Science in Architectural Acoustics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
