I am a dedicated manager developing businesses in order to make them grow according to strategic decisions, and still make sure they remain profitable. I am also a project manager making sure that the projects deliver according to the project plan and keep their budgets. The latest six and a half year I have managed the Swedish business of WSP Acoustics, which has exhibit a doubling of its turnover during this period (increased from 37 to 75 employees by organic growth) and simultaneously increased the profit considerably. Together with people at SP / RISE I have set up three different consortia for research projects (national and European), and managed them as the project coordinator.

Historically, I am very well acquainted with regulations and standardization (by working within COST, CEN and ISO). Additionally, I have a lot of contact with the industry both from working in research projects but also by working directly with development with manufacturer. During my early career, I was working as a consultant, primarily with static design of big industrial plants all over the world, for the Swedish former company Götaverken Energy.
