Julia obtained Sociology degree from the most famous university in China among humanities and social sciences area – Renmin University of China. She utilizes her strong knowledge on sociology, rich experience on social science and group psychology to contribute to her understanding on human behavior / relationships from the different culture backgrounds, and to find the effective and efficient win-win solution in her career life.

Julia accumulated more than 20 years working experience in Bayer and later Covestro, especially in Office Management, “Diversity & Inclusion”, “Employee Wellbeing” and the Trade Union arenas. She took the leader position in helping the company achieve many prestigious certifications and awards, for instance, the WELL Certified GOLD Office, International Facility Management Association - the Asia Pacific Award of Excellence 2019, the Best Health Workplace 2019, the Best companies for Female Executives 2019; she also supported the achievement of other significant recognition/awards for the company, for instance, Top Employer, Employer Excellence, Excellence in Employee Care Plan.

In addition to her responsibilities in the company, Julia extends her responsibilities in the society via joining below mentioned committees /councils and actively promoting the “Healthier Workplace, Happier Workforce, Higher Performance” concept. Her influence and contribution are well recognized and she received various country / municipal awards.
