James Stawniczy

Senior Project Manager

James is a licensed architect and member of the American Institute of Architects, a BD+C 40 under 40 Alumni. James led and designed sustainable building initiatives for many of Lendlease’s high profile and complex development projects in the Americas region of Lend Lease, which is comprised of operations in the United States, Canada, Brazil Argentina, and Mexico. In addition to his field experience, James implemented and conducted training programs on LEED and WELL to local and national project teams. Through the creation of these programs, he raised the bar and informed the business why sustainability & Human health is critical to the building professions. James has lectured at New York University’s School of Continuing Education-Shack Real Estate School for over 12 years teaching construction documents and sustainability based classes.
