Gwenaël Jan

Founder

Gwenael is the founder of G-ON, a sustainability consultancy firm with specific expertise on health and wellbeing, including WELL certification implementation. G-ON is a team of 17 engineers based in Paris, and works on environmental, health and wellbeing issues in the building industry.

Gwenael has worked on sustainable development in built environment since 2008, including health and wellbeing issues in buildings, as HQE and French certifications include health and wellbeing.

Gwenael was one of the first French original WELL AP in 2015, and also the first WELL Faculty in France. Gwenael also teaches sustainable development and certifications at ESTP Paris (Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics), a Civil Engineering school, since 2010.

Gwenael has strong experience on implementing the WELL Building Standard, particularly in France in Europe, as he was also the WELL AP of the first WELL certified project in France, Sceneo, with HRO, which awarded the Gold Certification. Now G-ON has developed an expertise on implementing environmental issues and certification on specific and mixed projects, including airports.
