Carla Jaspers

Founder & Principal Consultant

As a Certified Professional Ergonomist and Occupational Therapist, Carla applies expert knowledge of ergonomic principles and a clinical understanding of musculoskeletal function to proactively identify and address risk factors in the workplace. Carla’s approach is informed through human centered design, and utilization of systems thinking to help organizations meaningfully and sustainably amplify ergonomics through micro and macro strategies.

Carla holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Ithaca College, a Master of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute, and is a Board Certified Professional Ergonomist. Carla’s consulting experience spans the range of clinical, industrial, and corporate environments, as well as physical and digital product development.

Applying diverse skills and sensibilities allows Carla to deliver client solutions with unique breadth and depth, and to define safe and innovative methods that benefit the modern workforce.
