VRF Product Specialist

Badri serves as Product Specialist at Johnson Controls enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across Canada and West Region in the USA, promoting sustainability and energy efficiency through Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems that help GHG reduction while providing thermal comfort in the built environment.

Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Badri managed Sales and Installation portfolio as Deputy Manager for Applied Equipment at Blue Star Limited, India developing business across various vertical segments. Before Blue Star, he gained strong experience in project management from pre-design to post-occupancy for applications in clean spaces while leading design-build and retrofit projects at Suvidha Engineers India Pvt. Ltd.

Badri is ASHRAE Member, actively engaged at ASHRAE Toronto Chapter operations and is also provisional corresponding member for Technical Committees. As ASHRAE Member, he has attended many events across North America. He is also an EGP (Emerging Green Professional) affiliated to Canada Green Building Council. Badri studied Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology at Birla Institute of Science and Technology, India, is currently pursuing his license from Professional Engineers Ontario and holds WELL AP, LEED AP (BD+C), IGBC AP (Indian Green Building Council) and BEAP (Building Energy Assessment Professional) credentials.
