Adam Garnys, Principal Consultant at Cetec Pty Ltd has over 15 years experience as an environmental health risk consultant, specialising in the built environment & occupant health. After qualifying in post-grad Medical Science, Adam has worked on routine to highly specialised occupational and environmental risk assessments including indoor environment quality, occupational hygiene, whole-building pipe de-contamination and toxicology assessments in thousands of projects ranging from premium-grade commercial office towers to remote hospitals.

Engaged in Indoor Environment research, Adam currently sits on Technical Advisory Groups including Green Building Council Australia’s Green Star and the government’s National Australians Built Environment Rating Scheme and has been at the forefront of writing multiple Federal & State Health Department Guidelines, including Australia’s National Potable Water Guidelines for Healthcare Facilities.
