My project has achieved certification under WELL v1 or the WELL v2 pilot. How is my project affected at recertification?

Certified projects have the option to recertify under the version they initially certified under or upgrade to WELL v2 at the time of recertification. At the second time of recertification (6 years after initial certification), projects will need to upgrade to the most recent version of the standard.
