FAQ
I’ve already scheduled my exam at a Prometric testing center and want to take the WELL AP exam using ProProctor, what should I do?
You must first cancel your scheduled exam. Have your Prometric-issued 16 digit confirmation number handy.
Before you schedule your remotely proctored WELL AP exam, complete a systems readiness check, review the testing environment requirements on pages 8 -12 in the WELL AP Candidate Handbook and consult the ProProctor User Guide to determine whether the remotely proctored exam format is the right choice for you. Once you have verified your computer system and location meets the requirements, you can schedule your WELL AP exam using ProProctor.
Please note, if you wish to cancel your in person exam to then take the exam online, you will need to make the change 30 days prior to your exam date or risk being charge a $50 cancellation fee.
