I want to sit for the WELL AP exam using ProProctor, what are my next steps?
Review the requirements below and complete a systems readiness check to determine whether this format is the right choice for you. It is recommended that you review requirements prior to scheduling your remotely proctored exam and complete a systems readiness check at least 7 days prior to your scheduled exam.
Hardware requirements:
- Undocked laptop or desktop computer with no dual-monitor configuration (e.g., a desktop with two monitors or a laptop with a separate monitor).
- A webcam that can rotate 360 degrees with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels (e.g., internal webcam for laptops, external webcam for desktops).
- Must use sound and microphone from computer or wired headphones. No wireless headphones allowed.
Operating system requirements:
- Screen Resolution: 1024 X 768 (minimal requirement) / 1920 x 1080 (recommended)
- Operating System: Windows 7 or higher / MacOS 10.13 or higher
- Web Browser: Latest Google Chrome
- Ability to download ProProctor application
Internet requirements:
- Download Speed: 500 Kbps or greater
- Upload Speed: 384 Kbps
