I am not able to take my exam because I have MacOS Ventura what do I do?
Our exam provider is working hard to get this issue resolved. Here are the following alternative options:
- If you have already booked your online appointment we can cancel your current appointment and have you rescheduled once the issue is resolved.
- If you have already booked your online appointment we can cancel your current appointment and reschedule your exam to be taken at a testing center near you.
- If you have not
booked your appointment we can extend your exam eligibility date to give you more time to book your appointment.
