I am not able to download and install the ProProctor application on my computer, what should I do?
First, ensure you’ve reviewed the ProProctor User Guide to troubleshoot any privacy and security requirements and completed a systems readiness check to determine whether your operating system meets the requirements.
If you are having technical difficulties, contact ProProctor Technical Support to help you troubleshoot the issue. Please note, you may need to switch Ad-blocker software off, in order to launch the technical support chat session. If you are using a computer issued by your employer, you may need to first contact your IT department in order to download and install the ProProctor application.
