How is the GBAC STAR™ Facility Accreditation program recognized in the WELL Health-Safety Rating?

A GBAC STAR Facility Accreditation is equivalent to the achievement of a total of five of 15 features required to achieve the WELL Health-Safety Rating. Please note, those using GBAC STAR as a compliance path are not eligible to pursue features within the Cleaning and Sanitization Procedures category and are eligible to pursue up to two additional features within the Innovation category.
