How can I upgrade to WELL Portfolio if I'm currently enrolled in the WELL Health-Safety Rating?

Currently, organizations that are enrolled in the WELL Health-Safety Rating are able to apply their WELL Health-Safety Rating fees to their first-year WELL Portfolio fees should they decide to upgrade within 6 months after enrolling in the rating. Organizations are still required to pay to enroll in WELL Portfolio (should they wish to undergo enrollment), but can use their HSR credit toward both enrollment and subscription in WELL Portfolio (i.e. any reminder of credit left after paying WELL Portfolio enrollment can be used toward first-year subscription fee.) No reminder of credit can be used toward future year subscriptions, this benefit can be used for first-year portfolio fees only.

Organizations can also take advantage of the WELL Portfolio enrollment credit if they subscribe in WELL Portfolio within 6 months of enrolling. Or, they can subscribe right away and skip enrollment entirely.
