What is the best way to get to the Union Market from the DC airports?

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA)

  • Drive: Union Market is approximately a 20-minute drive from Ronald Reagan National Airport
  • Metro: 50 minutes
    • Take the Blue Line toward Largo or New Carrollton
    • Transfer at Metro Center to the Red Line toward Glenmont
    • Alight at NoMa-Galludet U
    • Turn right on Florida Avenue NE. Turn Left on 5th Street NE. Union Market will be on your left. It is about an 8-minute walk.

Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI)

  • Drive: Union Market is approximately a 50-minute drive from BWI Airport.
  • Train: There is a MARC Train (accessible via shuttle) leaving from the BWI Marshall MARC station that will take you to Union Station in Washington, DC. From there Union Market is a 20-minute walk.

Dulles International Airport (IAD)

  • Drive: Union Market is approximately a 50-minute drive from Dulles International Airport.
  • Metro: 1.5 hours.
    • Take the Silver Line to Metro Center.
