Can an exam be cancelled and refunded or rescheduled?

Candidates rescheduling or canceling between 29 and 5 calendar days prior to the exam appointment will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee. The $50 fee is charged when the appointment is rescheduled or canceled. Candidates are not permitted to reschedule 5 or less calendar days prior to the appointment and cancellation of an appointment 5 or less calendar days prior to the appointment will result in forfeit of their entire testing fee.
