WELL Portfolio member PR guidelines

If you’re looking to promote your WELL Portfolio membership, here are some guidelines to help you get started.

IWBI encourages WELL Portfolio members to showcase their commitment to improving health and well-being in buildings and communities across the globe in the following ways:

  • Announce your company’s participation in the WELL Portfolio program to the media. A template press release with approved language can be found below.
  • Publicize your efforts to advance health through the WELL Portfolio program on social media. Sample posts are provided in the IWBI membership promo kit.
  • Showcase your involvement through the use of your WELL Portfolio member mark. The WELL Portfolio member mark is available for download in the WELL Portfolio account, along with our official branding guidelines which include instructions on appropriate uses of the mark.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Mark your company as a public WELL Portfolio member
To promote your participation publicly, the privacy setting for your organization should be set to “public.” The privacy status indicated during enrollment can be viewed or updated inside of your account overview page.

Complete your profile in the WELL Portfolio member directory
After activating your membership benefits, complete your organization’s profile listing that will be displayed in our organization directory. Upload a logo during activation or on your profile page.
