How to enroll in the WELL Health-Safety Rating

The WELL Health-Safety Rating was designed to empower building owners and operators to reopen confidently in a post-COVID 19 world. It includes features that promote the health and safety of the employees, residents, visitors and occupants in all facility types.

Those who achieve the WELL Health-Safety Rating earn the WELL Health-Safety Seal—a symbol of your leadership and commitment to the safety and wellbeing of the people who share your spaces.

How to Enroll Your Project

Enrolling your project is a simple first step toward earning your WELL Health-Safety Seal:

1. Log in or create your WELL account.
2. From your Dashboard, click Start Enrollment under the “Looking for the WELL Health-Safety Rating?” banner > click Start New Enrollment.

Note: If you have existing projects (registered or certified) you’ll be able to access WELL Health Safety from within your existing project accounts. As a project administrator, you can opt-in by navigating to your project and clicking WELL Health-Safety in the left-side menu. This ensures access to our WELL coaching support, along with your existing team, documents and billing history, while enabling relevant discounts to be applied automatically.

3. Select Tell us about your organization to begin the enrollment checklist.
   
4. Complete the form with your organization information, including discount eligibility. Provide a nickname for this project enrollment.
   
5. Select the appropriate enrollment type: standard location(s) or high-volume, multi-use location(s).
   
   Note: A location is considered high-volume, multi-use if it receives 10,000+ daily visitors and has 4+ distinct uses.

Note: Either enrollment type can support multiple locations, but to be enrolled together all locations must share the same primary use.

6. Describe your project, including the number of locations, the primary space type and combined total size.
   
7. View the price quote with relevant discounts applied.
   
   Note: Additional discount codes will be applied during the final invoice stage if applicable.

8. Review and sign the program terms and conditions; confirm public enrollment status
   .
9. Complete your enrollment by submitting payment: you can pay by credit card, generate or download an invoice. You can also edit your billing address details.
   
   Note: If you choose to generate an invoice, you will be required to pay by wire transfer or check.
