Asian Pacific Environmental Network
The Asian Pacific Environmental Network (APEN) empowers low-income Asian Pacific Islander (API) communities to achieve environmental and social justice. Founded in 1993, APEN was founded on the belief that the environment includes everything around us: where we live, work and play. APEN builds grassroots organizations that will improve the health, well-being and political strength of Asian Pacific communities, and currently works on three levels: direct organizing in local communities; building a network of API organizations; and working in multiracial alliances to affect regional and national social change.

Clean Air Task Force
Fueled by facts, the Clean Air Task Force (CATF) combines technology innovation, policy advocacy, and thought leadership expertise to leverage workable solutions to the global climate crisis. CATF is committed to rapidly reducing emissions while advancing bold, durable climate solutions to ensure a net-zero emissions, high energy planet at an affordable cost. After 25 years of driving change, CATF’s goal is to achieve zero-emissions energy, waste, agricultural and forest management systems by 2050.

Earth Day Network
Earth Day Network’s mission is to diversify, educate and activate the environmental movement worldwide through educational resources, politics and activism. Growing out of the first Earth Day in 1970, EDN is the world’s largest recruiter to the environmental movement, working with more than 150,000 partners in over 192 countries to drive positive action for our planet. EDN believes our world needs transformational change at all levels—from individual change to businesses, cities and national governments.

Greenpeace
Greenpeace investigates and exposes the main causes of environmental destruction in over 40 countries around the world. Their peaceful methods include advocacy, lobbying, promoting renewable energy sources, and community engagement. Greenpeace champions several global campaigns to protect the Arctic, our forests, and our oceans; fight global warming; and promote sustainable agriculture; and more.

The Natural Resources Defense Council’s (NRDC)
The Natural Resources Defense Council’s (NRDC) purpose is to safeguard the Earth: its people, its plants and animals and the natural systems on which all life depends. With over 50 years of progress, NRDC works to restore the integrity of the elements that sustain life (air, land, and water) and to defend endangered natural places. They seek to establish “sustainability and good stewardship of the Earth as central ethical imperatives of human society to protect nature in ways that advance the long-term welfare of present and future generations.” NRDC works to foster the fundamental right of all people to have a voice in decisions that affect the environment.

Native American Traditional Food Systems
Native American Traditional Food Systems (NATIFS) is a nonprofit dedicated to “addressing the economic and health crises affecting Native communities by re-establishing Native foodways.” They imagine a new North American food system that generates wealth and improves health in Native communities through food-related enterprises. The Indigenous Food Lab is a professional Indigenous kitchen and training center covering all aspects of food service, and is focused on reclaiming ancestral education to help reverse the impact of colonialism and forced assimilation.

Oceana
Oceana is the largest international advocacy organization focused solely on ocean conservation, and has successfully protected more than 4.5 million square miles of ocean. Their primary mission is to work with global leaders and lawmakers to create policies for the conservation of marine biodiversity, science-based fishery management, sustainable fishing practices, and the proper disposal of hazardous materials.

Pure Water for the World Inc.
Pure Water for the World’s mission is to improve lives by empowering people with access to life’s most basic necessities, safe water and sanitation. They partner with rural and underserved communities to establish comprehensive safe water solutions, provide the tools and education to establish sustainable water and establish sanitation and hygiene programs.

Rainforest Alliance
The Rainforest Alliance is an international nonprofit organization working at the intersection of business, agriculture, and forests to make responsible business the new normal. From fighting deforestation and climate change to building economic opportunities and better working conditions for rural communities, the Rainforest Alliance is working to solve urgent environmental and social challenges.

WeForest
WeForest, backed by a scientific network, is growing a movement of responsible companies that are committed to having a positive impact for people and our planet. WeForest works with communities, organizations and NGOs to conserve and restore the ecological integrity of forests and landscapes, engage communities and implement lasting solutions for climate, nature and people.
